PRESIDENT

Wade Bass has been in active ministry and charitable work for over 55 years. He served as a pastor for over 32 years, served on a youth conference committee for 33 years, served as a committee member for an international minister’s conference for 10 years, sponsored and hosted a local conference for leaders for 25 years. He has been a speaker in many types of forums, including but not limited to general conferences, men’s retreats, lady’s retreats, leadership seminars and youth conferences across North America. He has traveled to 32 countries worldwide to train leaders and develop people in all walks of life. He continues to serve in leadership capacity in both national and international organizations.

VICE-PRESIDENT

Timothy Bass has served many years in various leadership capacities. He served as founder and principal of Life Christian Academy for thirteen years. Pursuant to this position, he assisted his father as administrative pastor and eventually, assistant to the pastor for a span of ten years. Upon the retirement of his father from pastoring, Timothy assumed the pastorate of the church and served in this position for nearly eleven years. Over the course of all these years, he also led a business providing various audio system services to a variety of churches and organizations, a business he still maintains today in a full-time capacity. He continues to minister in churches at home and abroad as opportunity provides. He lives in the Memphis area with his wife of 32 years and daughter.

SECRETARY

Caleb Adams is the pastor of Christian Life Church in Memphis, Tennessee, where he has served since 2005. He began ministering at age fourteen and spent nearly a decade as a full-time evangelist before entering the pastorate. Holding both a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry and a Doctor of Ministry in Strategic Leadership, his ministry centers on leadership development, church planting, and foreign missions. He and his wife, Christy, have one daughter, Christiana.

DIRECTOR

Kevin Bradford has served First Pentecostal Church in Bakersfield, California full-time in many capacities since 1992, and as pastor since October 2010.  Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at California State University Bakersfield, and his master’s degree in Biblical Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena.  He has dabbled in continuing his education beyond private personal development but has come to realize the more you learn the less you know and the more it costs.  He has also served in various capacities of national and international organizations and has a commitment to global endeavors.

DIRECTOR

Ted Erskine is the pastor at The Sanctuary of Newport in Newport, North Carolina, having served in that capacity for 36 years. Ted is also a licensed general contractor with the State of North Carolina. Ted has managed and contracted both residential and commercial projects across multiple municipalities in North Carolina. In May of 1984, Ted married his high school sweetheart, Beth, and they have remained sweethearts for over 41 years. In November 1990, Ted and his wife Beth started The Sanctuary of Newport in the living room of their home. As of October 2025, the church has 2 satellite properties, the founding church, and 2 daughter works. Currently, the Sanctuary of Newport is in a new building program to house the growing congregation. Three to four times a year Ted travels to various countries in support of the church’s extensive Missions program. Ted graduated from Hope International University in Fullerton, California in 2011, obtaining a Masters Degree in Ministry with a concentration in Leadership. Ted serves on multiple 501(c)3 non-profits as representative, secretary and corporate president.
